1. Features

The CNC single column VTL model CK5116 is a super rigid machine with big machining capacities, stable & rigid structure, heavy job load and high machining efficiency.

 

The machine is equipped with one rams and one 4-station NC electric driven turret. Electric encoder together with electromagnetic valves is integrated into the gear box. Gears are made of 40 Cr steel and precision ground for high precision and low machine noise.

 

The machine is designed and built to meet modern machining requirements of high speed cutting tools and carbide cutters on workpieces of ferrous, non-ferrous, composite and other materials.

 

Functions:  1. I.D. turning, O.D. turning, end-facing,

                   2. cone turning,

                   3. grooving, parting / cut off,

                   4. drilling, boring, reaming,

                   5. curve cutting,

                   6. threading, etc.

 

2. Machine Body

The main body of the machine is made of high rigid resin castings with thermal stress relief aging treatment. Small cast iron bodies are hardened with high temperature. All the steel parts are thermal refined.
